Going Above and Beyond

As a charitable partner of Comcast SportsNet / New England Cable News, Horizons for Homeless Children has benefited in many ways from the generous efforts of the company in the past several months. From financial support to Celtics ticket donations, CSN / NECN has been a valued contributor towards the mission and work of Horizons for Homeless Children.

CSN/NECN has also played a significant role in helping HHC build much needed awareness throughout the New England area. The company has not only helped us secure media coverage, but they have spearheaded the production of multiple PSA's in conjunction with their Celtics partners and aired them on a space available basis. Special thanks to Mike Gorman and the Boston Celtics for all their help in this process. View the PSAs below.

In addition to this work, employees from Comcast, the parent company, volunteered to paint the classrooms and offices at our Roxbury Center, giving it a fresh new look. As part of this effort, Comcast produced a video that included a wonderful segment on the programs and services of Horizons for Homeless Children.

We thank CSN / NECN and Comcast for their incredible support and we look forward to many more successful partnership opportunities!
