Over 450 participants gathered at DCR's Carson Beach in South Boston on Saturday, May 21st to walk, jog and run the 2nd Annual Route for Kids 5K Run/Walk, hosted by HHC's Young Professionals Group. The cloudy weather cleared just in time for the race, and participants of all ages enjoyed the sunshine while helping to raise over $36,000 for the young homeless children of Massachusetts.
Congratulations to our award winners, Mark Knapp, for the Fastest Male time, Erin Hart for the Fastest Female time and to Lisa Ballantyne for earning the title of Top Trailblazer!
