Horizons for Homeless Children (HHC) is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality programs and services to homeless children and families throughout the state of Massachusetts. We have three Community Children's Centers, serving a total of 175 children. HHC is actively seeking to increase the cultural diversity of its workforce. Qualifications:
- AA Degree in ECE or related field required. BA Degree preferred. Must be DEEC Lead Teacher qualified.
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience. Candidates will be professional, sensitive, and enthusiastic, and show a commitment to working with homeless families.
- Strong curriculum planning skills, knowledge of NAEYC guidelines desired and familiarity with Head Start performance standards.
