In January, Horizons for Homeless Children lost a dear friend and supporter, Jody Acford of Newton, MA. Jody served on HHC's Board of Directors for over ten years and during that time, she also played a key role on many of the organization's committees, including the Women's Breakfast committee, where she worked tirelessly on securing years of event sponsorship. She and her family have been longtime supporters of our mission and programs and Jody was instrumental in building awareness of our important work. "Jody Acford is missed by everyone here at Horizons for Homeless Children," said Åsa Fanelli. "Her unyielding dedication to our organization shone through everything she did to help us advance our important mission. She was a true inspiration."
